Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Launch and refine sales processes to optimize efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth.
  • Build and manage high-performance sales pipelines.
  • Identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities to expand the client portfolio.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Define and streamline the sales flow to increase client acquisition and retention.
  • Source, qualify, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Manage complex customer escalations, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize active listening and effective communication to build trust and long-term relationships.

Partnership Development & Industry Representation

  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events to expand market reach.
  • Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships to drive growth.
  • Develop collaborations to enhance product adoption and market penetration.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Train and mentor account management teams to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the sales team.


Requirements

  • 2 Years of Proven experience in B2B SaaS and Fintech sales with a strong track record in revenue growth.
  • Expertise in building and managing high-performance sales pipelines.
  • Strong prospect sourcing, lead qualification, and inbound/outbound sales experience, including cold calling.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
  • Ability to handle customer escalations and implement retention strategies.
  • Strong long-term client relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce process documentation and CRM management.
  • Exceptional communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
